ZPG/GPT disc vacuum filter uses vacuum as filtering power to separated the solid and the liquid from the slurry. It mainly consists of distributor, bearing, guide and unloading material device, filter disk, spindle, mixing device, trough, feeding ore device, mixing transmission, spindle transmission, centralized lubrication system and other major components. It has absorbed the advantages of domestic and foreign models, the design is optimized for the high density of metal minerals, fast settling speed and high viscosity. It has the advantages of strong and durable structure, stable operation of filter disc, reliable automatic variable speed mixing and sealing, and preventing slurry leakage. The filter fan is made of high strength engineering plastics, with large porosity, high strength nylon single thick filament filter cloth, and the surface is smooth , the cake discharge rate is high and not easy to be blocked. The service life is long, all these characteristics ensure that metal and non-metallic minerals obtain excellent dewaterability.
The technical features are as follows
1: The new model functions of the filter fan has uniform distribution of dehydration holes, reasonable aperture ratio, high strength and long service life. At the same time, the effective area of the filter fan is large, which improves the processing capacity of the machine.
2.The main infinitely variable transmission can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the concentration and flow rate of the material in order to achieve the ideal working effect.
3: Multi-point grease pump, centralized multi-point automatic lubrication, to ensure the normal operation of equipment;
4: The filter fan is pressed and overlapped each other in a plane by 20 pieces with 18-degree arc-shaped pieces, which saves time and effort for replacing the filter fan and the filter cloth.
5: The friction disc is made of special wear resistant boron cast iron, which has good sealing effect of combining rigidity with flexibility.
6: The spindle head of the filter tube is high strength wear-resistant composite steel pipe, which ensures its service life longer.
7: The shaft end of the stirrer takes the rubber plate, water seal combined with four seals to prevent slurry leakage;
8: The filter tube is located at the interface of the filter fan, and the abrasive tool is positioned and welded directly to reduce the leakage point.
9: The new type of filter cloth cleaning device keeps its good dehydration effect.
10: The distributor capacity is large, which improves the bleed air rate and the drainage effect of filtrate.
