Ceramic ball mill is mainly used for mixing and grinding of materials, the fineness of products is uniform and save power. Alumina wear-resistant ceramics are commonly used for lining and grinding ball, which can be either dry or wet grinded. The machine can adopt different liner material according to production requirement to meet different purpose. The fineness of grinding operation depends on the grinding time. The motor shall start with auto voltage reducing starter to reduce starting current. Its structure is classified into integral type and independent type. This product has the characteristics of less investment, energy and power saving, novel structure, simple operation, safe use, stable and reliable performance, and is suitable for mixing and grinding of ordinary and special materials. Users can choose suitable models, liners and media types according to material specific gravity, hardness and output.
Performance characteristics of ceramic ball mill

The structure of ceramic ball mill: The ceramic ball mill is a horizontal barrel type rotating device, which consists of feeding part, discharging part, rotating part and transmission part (reducer, pinion gear, motor, electric control) etc. It driven by external belt. Multi-chamber grinding can be set up according to the requirements. The hollow shaft is made of cast steel. The wear-resistant ceramic liner can be replaced. It is driven by belt, so that the cylinder has good wear resistance.
The working principle of the ceramic ball mill
The motor drives the cylinder to rotate with the decelerating device. The crushed ore and steel ball in the drum are brought to a certain height by frictional force and centrifugal force when the drum rotates. Because of the gravity action, the ore will drop and fall down. The ore will be crushed gradually under the impact and grinding action. The crushed ore is discharged out of the barrel through the discharging part. After the minerals are discharged, it shall be classified into qualified products in the screw classifier, the coarse sand is returned to the ball mill through the combined feeder to continue grinding. The feeder feeds continuously and evenly, the ore enters the ball mill continuously and evenly through the combined feeder, and the grinded materials are discharged continuously from the ceramic ball mill. Ceramic ball mill is a continuous grinding equipment which can work 24 hours a day.
